How to download iOS 10 public beta right now

At its WWDC 2016 keynote, Apple announced the availability of iOS 10 public beta, the latest version of its operating system software for iPads and iPhones.

The iOS 10 public beta is now out, and it’s just been updated to its second version, which means it’s a bit closer to the final release of iOS 10. If you paid and signed up for the developer preview, then you’ll be getting an iOS 10 third developer beta in the next few days as well.

The second public beta includes a new keyboard sound, an Accessibility option to implement Touch ID as it appeared in iOS 9, haptic feedback when locking the iPhone and a number of bugs and fixes.

It’s beta, which means that it’s a very early form of the software, so there could be bugs and other problems that (hopefully) won’t be in the final version.

So, the iOS 10 beta won’t be for everyone – and we wouldn’t recommend downloading it if you rely on your iPhone or iPad every day. You’ll be much better off waiting for the final release of iOS 10.

The second iOS 10 public beta is now available to download. If you can’t see the iOS 10 Public Beta download in your region, hold tight – you’ll soon have your hands on it.

If you’ve got a Mac as well, then you can download macOS Sierra public beta right now, which is the latest operating system for desktop Apple devices, and has been designed to work exceptionally well with iOS 10.
